As a real estate photographer, I make it my business to know how top local realtors use photos when marketing their listings. Every month I compile statistics on each Coweta and Fayette listing, noting what types of photography equipment and techniques are used for listing photos.

Your listing at has been selected as an ideal candidate for a photo refresh based on other comparable listings. I have prepared a comparative analysis for your reference, along with my proposal for a complete aerial and interior photo refresh for only $149.

Thank you for your consideration!

GET MORE ROOM IN THE SHOT

Using a wide angle lens fits more of a room into each photo, making interiors look more roomier. We use the Canon 10-18mm wide angle lens for every shoot, highly regarded by real estate photographers.

Before photo darkens the parts of a shot that are omitted when using a regular lens. The after photo taken with a wide-angle lens is able to include important features that would have otherwise been left out.

MAKE INTERIORS BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL

Everyone understands the need for bright interior photos, but capturing them can be hit-and-miss. We use long exposures and digital flash photography to pull in all available light, making interiors look brighter and more inviting.

The before photo is shot with a standard flash. The after photo shows the results of digital flash photography and post production brightening.

PROVIDE A DRAMATIC BIRDS-EYE VIEW

Traditionally been used for larger listings, aerial photography is now common on smaller, less expensive properties. Used both for soaring views and for creative, lower-altitude shots. We fly DJI brand drones, are FAA certified and are compliant with all FAA drone regulations and laws.

MAKE SKIES BLUER AND GRASS GREENER

Photos often come out less colorful and vibrant than when viewed in person - especially blue skies and greenery. Our high-end DSLR cameras and post production touch-up will put vital color back into those crucial exterior signature shots - and get you more clicks and eyeballs.

The before photo shows the shot as taken. The after photo shows enhancements made to boost the vibrancy of blues and greens - both key factors in attracting and holding the attention of buyers browsing online.

REMOVE UGLY COLOR CASTS

Light bulbs don't give off a “pure” white light - they usually have a color tint to them. For example, incandescent bulbs give off a yellowish light, while fluorescent bulbs have a greenish-blue hue. Our high-end DSLR cameras and post-production software ensures that photos have the most neutral light possible.

The before photo show how a photo can get a yellow tint from weaker incandescent light bulbs. The after photo shows the difference after white balance and color cast corrections were made in post-processing.

STRAIGHTEN VERTICAL LINES

When a camera isn’t held level and straight-on, distorted horizontal and vertical angles can occur. When used correctly, straight vertical and horizontal lines are subtle but important finishing touch to interior photos. We use finely tuned gimbals and gyros to make sure every shot we take is straight and level.

Working with Matt was such a pleasure! Professional, efficient, and a total one stop shop. I was more than pleased with his work and would highly recommend his services. Even when the job was complete he still responded to my questions and was equally as helpful as he was on the day I inquired about his services.
