GET MORE ROOM IN THE SHOT

A wide angle lens squeezes more of a room into each photo, making everything feel less cramped. We use the Canon 14-18mm wide angle lens, highly regarded among real estate photographers.

34% of top local realtors use a wide angle lens for listings between $200-300k.

MAKE INTERIORS BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL

Everyone understands the need for bright interior photos, but capturing them isn’t always easy. We use long exposures and flash photography to pull in all available light, making dark interiors look brighter and more inviting.

PROVIDE A DRAMATIC BIRDS-EYE VIEW

Aerial photography has traditionally been used for larger listings, but now it’s commonly used on listings under $300K. Used both for soaring views and for creative lower-altitude shots. We fly DJI drones and are certified to fly under current FAA drone regulations.

MAKE SKIES BLUER AND GRASS GREENER

Blue sky and green grass in photos attract more eyeballs, but photos often are less colorful and vibrant than when viewed in person. Our high-end DSLR cameras and post production touch-up will put vital color back into those crucial exterior “hero” shots.

REMOVE UGLY COLOR CASTS

No lightbulb shines a “pure” white light, instead they usually have a color tint to them. For example, incandescent bulbs give off a yellowish light and fluorescent bulbs have a greenish-blue hue. Our high-end DSLR cameras and post-production software ensures that photos have a neutral, white light whenever possible.

STRAIGHTEN VERTICAL LINES

When a camera isn’t held level and straight-on, distorted horizontal and vertical angles can occur. When used correctly, straight vertical and horizontal lines are a finishing touch to an interior photo. We use gimbals and gyros to make sure every shot is straight and true.

Working with Matt was such a pleasure! Professional, efficient, and a total one stop shop. I was more than pleased with his work and would highly recommend his services. Even when the job was complete he still responded to my questions and was equally as helpful as he was on the day I inquired about his services.
